Membership Terms

1. Subscription Overview

Seekee offers premium membership plans that unlock enhanced features beyond the free tier. This document outlines the terms governing paid subscriptions, billing procedures, and membership benefits. By purchasing a subscription, you enter into a binding agreement with Seekee under these terms.

2. Membership Tiers

Available subscription options include:

  • Free Plan: Basic cloud storage capacity with limited AI image generation credits
  • Pro Plan: Expanded storage allocation, increased generation limits, priority processing
  • Premium Plan: Maximum storage capacity, unlimited AI generations, exclusive features, priority support

Specific allocations and pricing are displayed on our website and may be adjusted with advance notice.

3. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are charged according to your selected billing cycle:

  • Monthly Billing: Charged on the same calendar date each month
  • Annual Billing: Charged once per year at a discounted rate

Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and selected digital payment methods. All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal. You authorize Seekee to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. Renewal pricing reflects the current rate at time of renewal, which may differ from your initial subscription price.

5. Free Trial Period

New subscribers may be eligible for a complimentary trial period. Trial terms include:

  • Trial duration and availability are determined at our discretion
  • Payment information may be required at trial commencement
  • Automatic conversion to paid subscription occurs unless cancelled before trial expiration
  • Trial eligibility is limited to one per user and payment method
  • Abuse of trial offers may result in account restrictions

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Access to premium features continues until the current billing period ends
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the billing cycle
  • Your account reverts to free tier limitations after the paid period expires
  • Stored content exceeding free tier limits must be downloaded or removed within 30 days

7. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for billing errors, duplicate charges, or service failures attributable to Seekee. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the disputed charge. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Plan Modifications

Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the current cycle
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

When downgrading, ensure your stored content fits within the new plan's limitations to avoid access restrictions.

9. Price Adjustments

Seekee reserves the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase affects their renewal. Continued subscription after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing. You may cancel before the effective date to avoid revised charges.

10. Payment Failures

If payment cannot be processed:

  • We will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times over several days
  • Email notifications will be sent regarding payment issues
  • Premium features may be suspended until payment succeeds
  • Persistent payment failures result in subscription cancellation

Please ensure your payment information remains current to avoid service interruption.

11. Promotional Offers

Promotional pricing, discount codes, and special offers are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted. Seekee reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers without notice. Promotional rates apply only for the stated duration and revert to standard pricing thereafter.

12. Account Sharing

Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials or allowing others to access your premium features violates these terms. Detected account sharing may result in subscription termination without refund. Business or team accounts with multiple authorized users are available as separate offerings.

13. Service Availability

While we endeavor to maintain consistent service, premium features are provided without availability guarantees. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect access. Such interruptions do not entitle subscribers to refunds or billing credits unless downtime exceeds 72 consecutive hours.

14. Termination by Seekee

We may terminate memberships for violation of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or abuse of platform resources. Terminated accounts forfeit remaining subscription periods and are not eligible for refunds. Serious violations may result in permanent platform bans.
